Our Story

Three Odd Guys,
One Taproom

We didn't set out to be the only game in town — we just wanted to brew the kind of beer we actually wanted to drink. No corporate shortcuts, no watered-down lagers for the masses. Just solid craft beer, made in small batches, with ingredients we're proud to put on a label.

Located on Emerald Cove Boulevard in Apopka, our taproom is a place to hang out, try something new, and feel like you're exactly where you should be. We brew here, we pour here, and we'd love to pour you a glass.

Rotating selection of ales, lagers, and seasonal specials — always fresh, always interesting.

Pale Ale 5.4% ABV

Odd Pale Ale

Crisp, hoppy, and easy to drink. Our flagship pale ale with citrus and pine notes that keeps you coming back.

Stout 6.8% ABV

Midnight Odd Stout

Dark, rich, and velvety. Coffee and chocolate undertones with a smooth finish that lingers just right.

IPA 7.2% ABV

Third Odd IPA

Big hops, bold flavor. Tropical fruit and resinous pine hit hard, then mellow into a clean, bitter finish.

Wheat 4.9% ABV

Apopka Wheat

Light, refreshing, and perfect for Florida weather. Subtle citrus notes with a smooth, clean finish.

Sour 5.1% ABV

Berry Odd Sour

Tart, fruity, and refreshingly weird. A wild ale with mixed berry character that's unlike anything else on the tap.
